An imprint for considered work.

Diamond Sunrise Press publishes work in the perennial philosophy: hermeticism, neoplatonism, alchemy, ritual, and the long line of texts that take the operative imagination seriously.

We publish two kinds of book. The first is the clean re-setting of public-domain source texts so the careful reader can meet them without the typography and apparatus of the academy. The second is original work from contemporary authors writing in continuity with the tradition.

Submissions

We read manuscripts year-round. One submission per email per thirty days; PDF, DOCX, or EPUB up to 15 MB. We respond within ninety days. Editorial decisions are final, but we will tell you what we thought if you want a note.

Royalties and contracts

We handle royalties and contracts off-platform. Once a manuscript is accepted, our editorial team follows up directly to talk through terms. Nothing on this platform constitutes a contract; the platform is a queue and a catalog.
